Anju is a speaker and lecturer from Australia with extensive commercial experience supported by academic qualification.
She is a high performance senior corporate executive with international exposure to global markets and is very well connected to the financial business world. Anju has held an executive CIMA committee position as chairperson of the Queensland branch CIMA association and CIMA board member for the MESANA region. Currently holds the following key leadership positions at both CIMA (UK) and CPA Australia education bodies.

Mary Jane Rodriguez - Canada

Lecturer
Mary Jane is a financial professional with more than 20 years of working experience in mid to senior management roles. She started her career working as an Auditor Intern for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), currently one of the Big 4 global auditing firms.
From there, she moved into the private sector as an Accountant and has worked in the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail and Distribution, and Information Technology industries.
She fuels her passion for accounting by helping and educating students to pass their studies and obtain their CIMA accreditation. Since 2014, she has been sharing her knowledge by writing materials and lecturing online to students worldwide.
Mary Jane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. Aside from being an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), she is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants in Ontario, Canada (CPA).
Ultimate Access welcomes MJ to the team, with her polished delivery and extensive experience she is a great asset to all our students.
Sandy Hood - UK

Lecturer and Consultant
Sandy is a very versatile lecturer and international speaker - based in the UK with extensive commercial experience prior to becoming lecturer 25 years ago.
Along side his lecturing in business studies and in accountancy he has carried out work for various companies to ensure that he is up to date in his teaching and thus understands the current accounting needs with the trends that firms are looking for.
Working as a lecturer in two UK colleges before establishing himself as an independent accountancy course provider Sandy delivers lectures in all 12 CIMA exam subjects and has an excellent success record, most notably, in the case study exams held from 2015 to 2017.
He also delivers the HND Business units such as, Business Decision Making and Accountancy.
Pavan Kumar - Kuwait / India

Lecturer
Pavan is a valuable team player with Ultimate Access he is a Management Accountant with 15+ yrs of experience in MNCs fortune 50 and FTSE 10 companies closely working with senior management in executing informed decisions / strategies by Finance Business Partnering, FP&A; with active involvement in evaluating investment decisions.
Currently working for one of the largest privately held organizations in the Middle East as a Senior Finance Manager he certainly brings a real world prospective to his teaching.
Pavan has also extensive experience with industries such as Oil & Gas (Shell India) Pharmaceutical, IT Hardware, ITES, Food and Management consulting.
He has gained;
· Master of Business Administration majored in Finance from Nottingham Trent University (UK)
· Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management majored in Finance, International Business Management
· Bachelor of commerce.
Swati Gupta - Bahrain / India

Lecturer
Swati is a Commerce graduate with a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delhi, India.
After graduation, Swati went on to study CIMA with Ultimate Access and obtained the highest pass marks in her region. We are also very pleased to say she has been teaching with Ultimate Access ever since.
Her immense interest in management accounts and years of practical knowledge are well utilised to help students better understand the subjects that she teaches.
She very much believes in Brad Henry’s motto: 'A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning.’ Swati strives to create a constructive learning atmosphere by encouraging positive learning behaviours.
Her knowledge and teaching methods enable her to cater to students regardless of their past knowledge and understanding.
She likes to challenge students to develop the skill sets that they possess, but have not yet fully developed.
Ashim Kumar - UK

Lecturer
Ashim Kumar has helped thousands of students to success in the ACCA examinations, since 1992.
Amongst other ACCA papers, he has specialised in training F1, F4, F5, F9 and P3 courses, all of which are relevant to the new Strategic Business Leader (SBL) examination.
He also leads the ‘Strategic Leadership and Personal Development’ module on the MBA programme at the Gdansk University of Technology, and has delivered numerous CPD workshops in Leadership for the ACCA.
As a Director at ATC International (Europe/Central Asia) and the EY Training Centre (MENA), Ashim merged technical knowledge with real-world experience to successfully grow international training businesses.
Ashim is currently the CEO at AKA Leadership, a consultancy specialising in the development of leaders.
Jay De Alwis - Sri Lanka
Operations & Student Support
Jay is a Creative Consultant, Designer and an Arts & Crafts teacher with a BA (hons) in Spatial Design from Birmingham City University.
As part of our Operations & Student support team, she is key to the schools administration, enrolment, social media and in maintaining our virtual learning management system (Moodle)
Jay firmly believes in Sir Ken Robinsons quote "The Gardner doesn't make the plant grow. The job of the Gardner is to create optimal conditions" and this is our aim here at Ultimate Access in creating an optimal learning environment.
We are very fortunate to have such a versatile team member on deck, welcome Jay.

Business Development
James has worked in various diverse industries from IT, Health, and Real Estate to Education.
He has the ability to bring focus to a company's goal with a vision for future trends. He also believes in the power of personal service as this forms the base of any business seeking to be successful in gaining repeat custom and important referrals.
Previously has led international teams in Australia and UK with business development and sales strategies.
With Ultimate Access he is also key to facilitate CIMA/HND course timings and corporate contracts as well as travelling extensively for global company representation.
