These terms and conditions comprise the agreement related to Ultimate Access FZ LLE that provides study material,online courses and face to -face workshops to the customer. In purchasing materials provided by Ultimate Access FZ LLE the customer has indicated they have accepted these terms and conditions. From here on, ‘you’ means any customer of Ultimate Access FZ LLE. “Study Materials” means the materials provided by Ultimate Access FZ LLE, which may be downloaded from the Website or accessed and viewed on the Website. ‘Website’ means www.ultimateaccesseducation.com. “Member” means a registered user of our online membership system for customers to access their free and paid for material.
1.1 The fees for study material and courses are displayed on the various sections of this website next to the corresponding products and are quoted in US Dollars, exclusive of VAT for UAE.
1.2 Ultimate Access FZ LLE reserves the right to change the fees for its products and courses from time to time, without prior notification.
1.3 Ultimate Access FZ LLE accepts no responsibility for technical or security problems with third party payment service providers.
1.4 If you are paying by bank transfer, Ultimate Access FZ LLE will issue you with your paid for material only after the transaction has cleared.
1.5 Where there is a corporate agreement is in place Ultimate Access will require full payment within 30 days of the date of invoice, or within the due date specified on the invoice.
1.6 Ultimate Access FZ LLE reserves the right to refuse admission to a course if full payment is not received prior to the start date of the course.
1.7 Ultimate Access FZ LLE will not store any of your credit/debit card information.
1.8 You must notify Ultimate Access FZ LLE by email if another person makes a purchase on your behalf.
1.9 Ultimate Access FZ LLE has corporate rates for our products with entities in different parts of the world. Hence the fee for the same product may differ from one country to another.
2. General
2.1 All study material including but not limited to, study texts, mock exams, chapter questions, and pre-seen analysis are supplied to the customer by Ultimate Access FZ LLE
2.2 Study materials are non transferable between customers.
2.3 Individuals may reproduce study material if it is for their own private study use only. Reproduction by any means for any other purpose is prohibited.
2.4 Ultimate Access FZ LLE must be notified of any queries, complaints, delivery failures within 14 days.
2.5 Purchases of Ultimate Access FZ LLE study materials are non-refundable with the exception of a delivery failure unless otherwise specified on the website.
2.6 All free material provided by Ultimate Access FZ LLE is for use by individuals only and must not be sold. Free material has no cash value.
2.7 Ultimate Access FZ LLE reserve the right to change the free material it provides without prior notice.
3. Refund Policy
Purchases of Ultimate Access FZ LLE study materials are non-refundable with the exception of a delivery failure unless otherwise specified on the website.
However if the refund will be applicable if
(i) the customer requests a refund within 1 hour of purchasing the relevant product and
(ii) there are demonstrable defects in all of the media files comprising the product that inhibit the customer from using the product that is purchased.
4. Links
Ultimate Access has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Ultimate Access of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
5. Site Terms of Use Modifications
Ultimate Access may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
6. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Ultimate Access web site shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
